We signed up for the slot canyons that are a far drive from Moab, and decided to take a scenic flight in the morning instead of the long drive – WOW! It was SO worth it! We flew over the canyons that we got to explore throughout the day. Our guide, Jake, picked us up at what seemed like a small airstrip in the middle of nowhere, and we were hiking within 30 minutes! If you’re thinking of doing the remote slot canyons, this one-way flight in the morning is well worth it! Of course, the canyoneering was amazing too – beautiful red rock walls, fun obstacles, great guides – 100% recommended!
